New potatoes with gzik. It's the traditional dish from my city - Poznań and region - Wielkopolska. Tastes best in the summer when the potatoes are new and everything's fresh.Gzik is cottage cheese mixed with chopped fresh onion, dill or fennel and salt & pepper. There are some variations to gzik but the most important thing is to get the local kind of cottage cheese (and that's nearly impossible outside of Wielkopolska:/
