3 C. cake flour
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
4 eggs (large) at room temperature
2 t. vanilla extract
1 1/3 C. sugar
12 T. butter, melted and cooled slightly
1 1/4 c. buttermilk

Preheat oven to 325. L
