Cranberry Pear Tart

You can probably tell that this isn't a tart!!  That's because I haven't made this as a tart yet, but I think it will be perfect for Thanksgiving, and the only change I want to make is to add a little thickener to the original recipe.  If cranberries are usually a little too tart for you, give this dessert a try, as the tartness is mellowed but the flavor is intense.
