Buckwheat Pancakes

This morning I was faced with not one but two sick boys. Strep has infiltrated the household and brought with it throats that hurt. So when L asked for pancakes this morning, I reached for one of my favorite recipes. Plus they sounded good to my own sore throat.Mom always gets sick too.
