Crispy Spinach Chips

Good intentions stink sometimes. I have had this idea for a cupcake recipe rattling through my brain for weeks. I've been able to make 2 batches and they still aren't where I want them too be. I figured out a way to make these gorgeous roasted cinnamon sugar nuts without the egg white the recipe calls for but haven't had the time to roast a batch.I blame my children.They keep demanding my attention! They insist on eating, having clean clothes, bathing and wouldn't you know! one is home sick
