Wild Mushroom-Stuffed Pork Roast
What do you serve for dinner on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day? It's not like the traditional Thanksgiving meal when, studies show, the majority of Americans enjoy a roasted turkey dinner. At Christmas time, some of us may roast another turkey or instead, a ham, prime rib of beef, goose or even a pork loin. For you Scandanivians out there, I'd be remiss if I didn't add lutefisk to that list of what we love serve for
