Ground Beef and Twice-Baked Potato Pie

This is an updated Sheppard’s Pie recipe with the flavors we all love: meatloaf on the bottom and twice-baked potatoes on the top.
Jack made this the night before we were going to babysit our grandsons. (We always bring our own meal so that Jason and Katie won’t have to worry about making dinner for Blake before they leave.)
