First, put half of the baby leaf salad in the empty bowl. If it's not washed yet, wash it first (same with the other salad leaves, later on) and then dry the leaves — dressing doesn't stick well on wet leaves. Put all the greens you don't use back in the plastic bag and add a paper towel to soak up
