Randy's birthday cake

Sharon 1st made this last year for her birthday. Its from a recipe for Cafe Latté's famous Turtle Cake. Made a few refinements to it:
- Went with chopped instead of whole pecans. May not look as elegent but it's a bit easier to eat.
- We thought the quantity of frosting in the recipe was a bit too much. We halved it on one attempt but I insisted on 2/3's for this and it was real nice.
