Why Bother to Eat Healthy?

It’s unbelievable! Just when I develop a taste for fish, experts are telling us they’re not as healthy as they used to be. Environmental toxins and pollution have fouled many species of ocean life. Mercury, lead and PCBs in tuna and other fish make it dangerous to eat a once-important source of essential fatty acids and protein.
