very old pineapple filled cookie recipe

Since childhood my mother had a thin, paper, betty crocker cookie recipe book.  In it were thumbprint cookies, mincemeat/pineapple filled ones, almond crescents, and many more.  Those three we made every year for christmas.  BUT ... the book was wearing out.  I thought we transcribed those all important recipes and then threw out the falling apart cookbook.  The last part was true.  The first part apparently was not.  The recipes don't exist here any longer
