#168 Thick Bean Pita

Pita bread with bean sprouts and tomatoes in thick sauce. After my recent experiments with pita fillings I've discovered that it's a perfect solution for quick, munch on meal that is more suitable for reducing instant shortcuts.So I've just chopped some bean sprouts and tomatoes. Melted blue + goat cheese in a pot, added a hint of turmeric powder, thickened it with powder linseed [len mielony](that's my moms tip for a healthier and less carby thickener alterenative to flour). Toast a pita bread
