Dinner lately has frequently turned out to be a variation on this kind of mess. In this case: Chicken, basmati rice, spring onion, spinach, pea shoots, ginger, garlic and real a bastard of a green chilli. Fish sauce, sesame oil and oyster sauce were thrown in for good measure.
