When asked what my favorite kitchen gadget for fall cooking and baking was, I immediately knew what my answer would be. It’s an apple peeler/corer/slicer.
I recently used it when I made breakfast for our wine group (4 couples in all) at our cabin. This is a great time-saving gadget, which is especially important when you are making breakfast for 8 hungry friends. Here is a photo of what I made for their breakfast and the recipe below.
