Baked potatoes with cheese and mizeria. Cooking experiments lead me to weird places;) For some reason I thought of trying oven-baking the potatoes in a vegetable broth.After fishing them out I got rid of the broth, put the potatoes back in the casserole and spread some cheese on them.Back in the oven until the cheese melts. The dish didn't have the quality of a traditionally baked potato. It was eatable but not worth repeating.
