Pumpkin Whoopie Pies

Despite me doing as much cooking as I do, I don’t host the annual Thanksgiving celebration for my family, so my contribution to the meal is usually desserts. Pumpkin is a requirement for at least one dessert, and I've been on a whoopie pie kick lately, so I figured I'd try my hand at pumpkin whoopies. These have a maple cream filling, which was good but still needs a little work—I usually use a Marshmall
